Our founder is a Certified Legal Video Specialist (CVLS), a certification awarded by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) to videographers that meet the NCRA technical and procedural standards.  The video recording of legal depositions pointed to the need for portable, lightweight and cool-operating light systems.  Numerous trial and error efforts have resulted in the current patented designs that are being offered on this site.
